Defined ad campaigns and executed media buys. Trained, motivated and directed a high-performance sales team.

  • Conceptualized “It’s Included” an ad campaign that distinguished the company as the only one in this highly competitive market offering no options, because everything was included.
    • Featured a checklist in the local paper with everything checked, compared to the leading competitive builders who did not include everything.
    • Captured national recognition for this campaign as Marketing Director of the Year from the National Association of Homebuilders.
